Jill Palmer, Director of Operations and Human Resources at Dealer Solutions and Design, oversees operational efficiency, including inventory management, process optimization, and strategy. She also leads human resources, focusing on improving internal processes, talent acquisition, employee development, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
A University of Georgia graduate and President’s List honoree, Jill began her career at DSD as an Executive Assistant, advancing quickly to roles like Project Coordinator, Internal Operations Manager, and Director of HR. Her eight years of pivotal leadership in the automotive industry have earned her the President’s Club and Excellence Awards.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, attending concerts, exploring her creative passions, and lake days with family and friends.
