Cody Thornton

Controller
Cody Thornton, Controller at Dealer Solutions and Design, leads the Accounting and Finance Team, overseeing monthly financial statement preparation, treasury management, and financial strategy. With over a decade of experience in construction finance, he ensures DSD’s financial health and growth.
Cody holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of West Georgia and a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School. His experience as a Staff Accountant, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Controller provides a well-rounded perspective on finance and operations. Cody’s expertise enables him to streamline financial processes, optimize cash flow, and support long-term growth objectives.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with family, modifying cars, watching college football, and competing in Strongman events.

Jill Palmer

Director of Operations & Human Resources
Jill Palmer, Director of Operations and Human Resources at Dealer Solutions and Design, oversees operational efficiency, including inventory management, process optimization, and strategy. She also leads human resources, focusing on improving internal processes, talent acquisition, employee development, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
A University of Georgia graduate and President’s List honoree, Jill began her career at DSD as an Executive Assistant, advancing quickly to roles like Project Coordinator, Internal Operations Manager, and Director of HR. Her eight years of pivotal leadership in the automotive industry have earned her the President’s Club and Excellence Awards.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, attending concerts, exploring her creative passions, and lake days with family and friends.

Robbie Fletcher

Vice President of Operations
Robbie Fletcher, Vice President of Operations at Dealer Solutions and Design, leads the daily operations of the Project Management Team. With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Robbie ensures seamless project execution, focusing on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
A U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Robbie advanced through roles at DSD, starting as Project Coordinator. His leadership has optimized workflows and driven operational excellence. A two-time President’s Club Award recipient and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Robbie combines military discipline with a strategic mindset to ensure every project is executed to the highest standards.
Outside of work, Robbie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, working as a part-time farmer, and coaching middle school girls’ lacrosse.

Joe Copeland

Vice President of Service & Installation (S&I)
Joe Copeland, Vice President of Service and Installation (S&I) at Dealer Solutions and Design, leads the department and provides critical technical support to the Project Management team. With 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, Joe recruits new installation partners and ensures seamless project execution, upholding DSD’s reputation for efficient and reliable installations.
Starting as an apprentice, Joe advanced through roles like Lead Technician, Foreman, and Project Manager before becoming VP. His expertise shapes DSD’s approach to installation services.
A two-time President’s Club Award recipient, Joe is also a Rotary Authorized Installer Trainer, Graco Trainer, and ALI Certified Lift Inspector.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys family time, baseball, outdoor activities, road trips, and working on classic fast cars.

Vice President of Corporate Development

Josh Currie, Vice President of Corporate Development at Dealer Solutions and Design, oversees the sales team, project engineers, marketing, and the Project Aftercare Division. He is instrumental in shaping DSD’s growth strategy, expanding product offerings, and ensuring long-term success in processes.

With over 10 years of experience in automotive fixed design, Josh began his career as a DSD Fixed Ops Specialist. His leadership has refined sales strategies, optimized project execution, and driven business performance. A two-time President’s Club Award recipient, Josh furthered his operations, client relations, and business strategy expertise by completing the NCM Course. He earned his Bachelor’s from the University of Georgia.
Outside of work, Josh is passionate about his family, church volunteering, cars, football, traveling, and business trends.

Eli Crawford

Vice President of Business Development
Eli Crawford, Vice President of Business Development at Dealer Solutions and Design, oversees revenue operations, business outreach, strategic development, marketing, and DSD’s Denver office. With over 10 years of automotive industry experience, Eli is integral to strengthening DSD’s market position and driving multi-regional growth.
Starting as a Facility Specialist at DSD, Eli advanced to Senior Fixed Ops Specialist before becoming VP. His leadership has streamlined operations, forged partnerships, and aligned key business initiatives with the company’s long-term vision. A President’s Club Award recipient, he further enhanced his strategic and operational expertise with the NCM Course.
Eli holds a Bachelor of Science from Valparaiso University and an MBA from The Citadel. He enjoys family time, football, basketball, golf, reading, and traveling.

He fosters a culture of operational excellence and client-focused solutions to position DSD as a leader in fixed operations. He continuously seeks opportunities for improvement, fueling DSD’s growth and competitive advantage.
Micheal’s deep industry expertise and entrepreneurial vision enable DSD to navigate the evolving fixed operations landscape while maintaining high-quality solutions. As Co-Founder, he ensures every decision aligns with DSD’s core values and objectives.
